With the online programme, Nightingale Fitness provides everything you need to help kickstart a new exercise regime or compliment your existing training: the workouts, the motivation, AND a fantastic support network through a closed Facebook group.
Put simply, online clients do the Nightingale Fitness workouts wherever and whenever they like and then share their selfie/status with each other online (see the collage above for March pics!). Exercise is rewarded through a star system on a fridge-planner and there are optional events to take part in plus another non-exercise related monthly challenge.
No equipment or gym required. Just you and your body! There are always different options for different abilities.
So far there have been 4 online programmes: January Jumpstart, February Fitties, March Motivators and the "April Army." We are currently doing the "May Marchers" plan.

The "May Marchers" 03/05/17 - 31/05/17
Workouts are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Different workouts to cater for different levels
Do 5 x 15 minute workouts per week
Train for a 10k at the end of month
Organised group runs
June Online Programme - The June Jumpers (02/06/17 - 29/06/17)
The workouts will involve plyometric (jumping) exercises (although still tailored for different abilities!) as we reward ourselves with a trip to The Jump Factory at the end of the month!
July Online Programme - (01/07/17 - 28/07/17)
FREE for Personal Training package clients
