Initial 30 minute Personal Training consultation FREE

This involves a 30 minute chat about your lifestyle, health and goals so we can look at the options available and come up with an approach that will work for you. It can be conducted in person or over the phone.

Personal Training – single session £40

Designed for EITHER new clients as a taster session of one-to-one training OR to help clients who exercise regularly but need some occasional motivation, new ideas, or help. An hour spent training with a Personal Trainer can reinvigorate your exercise routine.

Personal Training - 10 session bundle £360

·       Designed to help clients with specific goals who would benefit from structured help.

·       Includes: measurements/photos, fitness testing, goal setting, nutrition advice, fitness plan, regular progress reviews, support (text/call/email), tailored sessions.

·       Choose from 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week.

·       Payment must be made upfront.

·       All sessions must be booked in the diary in advance and used within a maximum of 3 calendar months from the first session.

·       Sessions cannot be transferred between individuals.

Personal Training – Macro Plan £40

Although general nutrition advice will be given during Personal Training sessions, clients sometime like an extra level of help. So depending on your dietary requirements, you can have your macros calculated and be provided with a 5 day macro-level eating plan, tailored to you.

Personal Training - small groups Price TBD

Training sessions can be delivered to up to 4 people, providing the clients are of a similar fitness level and have the same fitness goals. Please contact me to discuss this option.

Bootcamps

Varied group classes suitable for all fitness levels. For clients who pay for a Bootcamp course/programme either up front or monthly, the classes are "use them or lose them"; sessions cannot be transferred to other individuals; and sessions cannot be carried over. Clients must adhere to advice regarding health and safety, equipment and attire. If a session needs to be canceled by Nightingale Fitness for any reason, Nightingale Fitness will give as much notice as possible and organise an extra class to compensate. However classes will not be cancelled because of the weather, unless there is a safety issue. Classes must be booked ahead, no walk-ins. If it is your first class, please arrive 10 mins early to fill in a PARQ. There will be no refunds issued for people who cancel or don't turn up to sessions.

Online Programmes

Online programmes are designed to give clients help via Facebook. Clients must still fill in a PARQ (see below). In order to fully participate, you must allow me to add you as a Friend on Facebook in order for me to invite you to the closed Facebook group.  Once you have signed up, you will be invited to the Facebook group where all the information (including the plan/instructions/workouts/fridgeplanners etc will be saved). 

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)

As a client purchasing any service from Nightingale Fitness (whether it be an Online Programme or Bootcamp or Personal Training) it is your responsibility to download and complete a PARQ before undertaking any exercise.

Payment

Payment for all services must be made either via the online store or directly to Nightingale Fitness by bank transfer. All single sessions (where available) must be paid for in advance of the session or at the start of each session. All bundles must be paid for upfront and in full, by bank transfer, (except for the pay monthly Summer Sizzler VIP Package pay monthly plan- see below for more info) or where otherwise agreed. By making payment for services you therefore are acknowledging acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Summer Sizzler VIP Package - if you wish to pay monthly for this package, you will be invoiced on 03/04/17 for 2 months payment and every month for 4 months thereafter for a 1 month payment. The reason for taking 2 months of fees upfront is to hold 1 month's payment as a deposit in case there are any problems with your future monthly payments.

Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.

For single session PT, if you cancel or want to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show, you will be required to pay 100% of the session fee. Furthermore, in future, all sessions must be paid for upon booking and will be non-refundable should you be unable to attend and once again fail to give the required 24 hours notice.

For clients who have taken a PT bundle, if you cancel or want to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show, this will count as one of your sessions.

For bootcamp clients who have paid in advance, by whatever means, if you cancel or don't turn up for a session, there will be no refund and sessions are not transferable. For bootcamp clients signing up to the Summer Sizzle VIP programme, you may not cancel at any time once you have signed up and because this is a 6 month commitment you will either pay up front in full OR be invoiced for ALL 6 months. 

Video/Photography

Nightingale Fitness often takes photos and/or video footage of clients OR uses photos that you have taken yourself, to publish on this website or other social media platforms and use for marketing material. If you have any objections about any such material being used, please kindly advise Nightingale Fitness.

Data/Marketing

As a client, you will be asked to provide some personal data which will be added to the Nightingale Fitness database. Although you may receive emails from Nightingale Fitness from time to time, you can opt out of marketing at any time. Under no circumstances will your personal data be passed onto any third party.

Risk and Liability

Participation in any of the services offered or events organised by Nightingale Fitness is at the client's own risk, including but not limited to Personal Training, Bootcamps, workouts provided as part of the online programme, Facebook live workouts and socials). Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are sufficiently fit and healthy to safely participate in any events or services. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor. In purchasing services or attending events organised by Nightingale Fitness, the client is hereby acknowledging and accepting that Joanna Nightingale and/or Nightingale Fitness shall not be liable to the client for any loss or damage arising from such activities, including indirect or consequential loss or damage. The client also acknowledges that there are risks associated with the participation in physical activity and should therefore must not attend events or purchase and undertake exercise if the client is unwilling to accept the risks associated with their participation. Client will always ensure to warm up before any exercise they undertake and stretch afterwards.
